Muslim Father Burns 10 Year Old Son for Accepting Jesus as Lord

A Muslim father tied up his own 10 year old son and burned him up in Uganda for accepting Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord. Missionaries of the Bibles for Mideast  reported Pastor Paul, its Director, who is a converted Christian from Islam.

Boys name is Nassif. His father did not give him food and water for three days and asked him to deny Jesus. and recite fifth kalima. Fifth kalmia is “Astagfar”, which is the words of seeking forgiveness. But the boy was bold enough for the faith in Jesus Christ.

Nassif himself says, "My father locked me in a room for three days. Then he started beating me up with sticks, but I managed to escape to a nearby bush. But he followed me with wild anger and caught me back to the homestead. There he tied me up at a banana tree. And he went inside the house and return back with a piece of strong wood and beaten me again. Then he fired the banana tree which had dry leaves. It caught fire and caused serious burns on my body."

Neighbors rescued the boy and delivered him to a nearby hospital where he is recovering.

Nassif used to attend the worship service at a church in another village. He accepted Jesus as his personal savior and Lord just two months ago in that church.

The pastor of that church said, " Nassif remained behind and then followed me to the pastry room at the end of the service and personally requesting me that he wants to have the experience of salvation.," Pastor of that church said to the missionaries of Bibles for Mideast.

"I was a bit hesitant, but after his continuous request, I then prayed with him, and he left," he added. "I am a pastor. If anybody approach me to have salvation, I will teach him and pray for him. Lord Jesus is winning that soul," he continued.

"There are Christians and Muslims in Uganda. The main point of contention between Muslims and Christians is that Muslims are yet to embrace the reality of freedom of worship or coexistence. But Muslims always think that any person who doesn't believe like them is an enemy who deserves to be killed,"  Evelyn Mulinde, who also converted from Islam told.

Suicide Bomb Kills Six in Lebanese Christian Village

Report: Bibles for Mideast

Beirut: Multiple suicide bomb blasts killed six people in a Christian village of Al-Qaa in Lebanon on Monday, 27 Jun, 2016 early morning. Missionary of the Bibles for Mideast reports.

Other 18 were wounded including three Lebenese soldiers stationed in the place. Some are in critical condition.

"There were more than one suicide bombers. The first attacker knocked on one of the homes in the village, but after the resident became suspicious, he blew himself up,” missionary said.

“The blasts struck at 15 minute intervals. People began gathering to treat the wounded at the site, the other suicide attackersdetonated their own explosives.” He added.

Al-Qaa is one of Lebenese customs border posts, separating Lebanon and war-torn Syria. It is, a predominantly Christian village.

“The attackers had a plan to destroy the whole Christian village. But our Lord Jesus Christ protected them,” missionary told.

The border area has been rocked by clashes and shelling since Syria’s conflict erupted in 2011.
Lebanon has seen its share of terror attacks ever since the civil war in Syria broke out five years ago. The army has fought off jihadist factions along the frontier and has sought to clamp down on local cells operating in the area.

In August 2014, the army clashed with the Islamic State group and Al-Nusra Front, Al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria, in the border town of Arsal.

As they withdrew, IS and Al-Nusra kidnapped 30 Lebanese soldiers and policemen, 16 of whom were released after nearly 18 months of negotiations.

Abducted Pastors Miraculously Rescued from Terrorists in the Middle East

All praises and glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We have mere words to thank and praise our Lord Jesus Christ for His unspeakable grace and gifts. He is Wonderful Counselor. He always hears and cares His children.  We praise and thank Him for rescuing the abducted missionaries Stephan, Samuel and James of the “Bibles for Mideast” from the terrorists miraculously. We thank every prayer warriors who were fasting and praying for them around the globe.

Lord brought Pastors Stephan, Samuel and Evangelist James back to us this evening safely (On 20 June 2016). They are so tired and weak because of the tensions, lack of food and sleep and were walking a long way through the dessert.  When we saw them we all became emotional at them. We embraced each other and wept together with praising our Lord.

Pastors Stephan, Samuel and Evangelist James describe what was happened.

They said, “After the worship service and Lord’s Supper we were going back home. On the way we met somebody who smiled at us and said Assalamu Alaikkum, which means peace be with you. We replied and got a chance to say about the real peace and the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. We explained him with Bible verses about Lord’s birth, life, His ministries, crucifixion and Resurrection and the need of salvation for everybody. Accepting Him as savior and Lord is real peace, freedom and the way to heaven, we said.

At once few extremists jumped on us with iron pipes and stickers, took the Bibles from our hands by force, tear it and thrown it away. We consider the Bible is precious for our life. So we urged to take it back. At that time somebody started beating us, others said “kill them – kill them”. They together beating us with shouting Allahu Akbar.

At once a bus stopped near to us and the travellers jumped out and attacked the extremists and rescued us. By bus itself they brought us to the hospital and admitted there. One of us (Evangelist James) was more injured.

When we were in the hospital we felt unusual movement from somebody against us. So we asked the doctors to discharge us from the hospital. Though Brother James was not yet good for walking properly, we did not want to leave him alone at the hospital. He too asked us to take him with us. So we helped him to come out.

We hired a taxi. It was a fake taxi. There were two other passengers also inside the taxi. But when car moved, they took out the revolver towards us. At the gunpoint they asked us many questions about our ministries and its workers. We tried screaming loudly. So they tied our mouths and hands. They assaulted on our heads and faces. They accused that we are propagating western religion. They said we have no right to live more on earth and we would be killed. Then they tied our eyes too.

About three hours might have passed.  We knew that we were taken from the car to some other people. We suppose they were the leaders of the group. They too were shouted and assaulted, when we have fallen down they did a savage attack on us. Finally they locked up in a cellar.  They untied our eyes, mouths and hands and locked the door.

Cellar had a bad smell with the smell of dead bodies and human waste. Wall have seen the marks of blood on the wall. There was not even windows and ventilators, except one small door. We thought our death is near.

We called upon our Lord Jesus. We hold our hands each other and prayed for our Lord’s will be done; and also prayed for experiencing the salvation of Jesus Christ for those who attacked, abducted, assaulted and put us into the cellar and ask the Lord to make them Lord’s witness. Hours of hours we prayed. We could not sleep. We did not get any food or water.  We were not aware of the day and the night. And there was very hot in that cellar. But God gave us courage to remain faithful under those trials. We were surprised to learn that we did not feel to pass urine or motion. Our Lord protected us.

Maybe after three or four days, we clearly felt our Lord’s presence in that cellar.  A bright light spread over the room. We felt the  flavor of costly perfume. We praised and worshipped the Lord. During our prayers we felt an oil was applying in our bodies. First we thought it was done by terrorists before taking us into the execution. Then only we realized there was nobody else with us. Our Lord has done it. By the anoint of the oil all of our outer and inner injuries healed.

While we were praying we saw a small creature was going through a small hole. We got a nail from the wall and tried to make the hole bigger. We felt there would be having some chance for us to escape.  So we digged the hole deeper and bigger. And we saw a small door opening to a narrow passage.

We praised the Lord and entered into the passage one by one. We might have gone through the passage in its darkness probably 100 meters. The fear of enemies with stun gun, fear of snakes, fear of wild creatures hunted us, but there was an unspoken courage guided us. The passage ended at the desert, which is outside of the main wall of the terrorists.

From there we have run very fast. There was a pleasant moon light. But we did not know where to go and to which pole to go. We saw a bird rounding upon us. We do not exactly know whether it was an Eagle or Falcon.  First we thought it was a local bird. But by its performances and way of flying, we understood it was from the Lord to guide us our way. So we followed the way.

More than 42 hours we walked through the desert. It was very hot. Temperature was moreover above 45°C (113 °F) and having wind of sand. But on the day time we felt the shadow of the clouds. Second night we took a rest upon the sand under the moon light. Three to four hours we slept there. While on sleep, we all three dreamt same dream that Lord’s angels came and fed us with tasty foods.

The bird itself knocked on a door with its cock and we wondered (and afraid) because it was not the house where we were staying earlier. But our fellow missionaries opened the door and were astonished seeing us. We embraced together and rejoiced in our Lord.

When we came out to see the bird, we found it was disappeared.

It’s the second time our Lord Jesus Christ saved us from death. First, he saved us from sin and death through the salvation. Now He saved us from death by the hands of terrorists. So we submit our total life to Jesus Christ. And it is our top most priority and responsibility to do His ministries and winning the souls unto His fold.

Praise Him and thank Him forever and ever. Amen !”

Missionaries of “Bibles for Mideast” abducted in the Middle East

Three young  missionaries of the “Bibles for Mideast” abducted by Islamic terrorists on Tuesday, 14 Jun, 2016 in the Middle East. Two of them are pastors named Stephan (32 years old) and Samuel (29 years old) and one is an evangelist named James (30 years old).

These missionaries were admitted in the hospital because of a brutal attack by a group of Islamic extremists on 12th evening. Some people came by a bus stopped at them and saved them from the extremists and admitted into the hospital. Evangelist James was in a critical condition. All three were converted from Islam to Christianity.

Missionaries were going back home  after a prayer service. On the way they met somebody on the road and talking him about Jesus Christ under a street light by  holding Bibles and explaining with its verses.

At once the extremists jumped out on the missionaries from a dark corner and brutally beaten them with iron pipes.  The attackers were screaming “Allahu Akbar,” and telling themselves “kill them…. kill them”, when they were beating the missionaries. They tear  and thrown out the Bibles.

Suddenly few people came by a bus stopped at them and fought with the attackers. And the attackers have to run away from the spot. Bus travelers themselves took the pastors and evangelist and admitted them into the hospital.

Just last Friday (on 10th Jun)  twelve believers from five Arab families were baptized in this place. On Sunday they were having worship service and the Lord’s Supper. Extremists attacked them when they return back home after the Lord’s Supper. Maybe they were provoked because of the Arab’s baptism.

When the missionaries were in the hospital they had a feeling that somebody watching them with a cruel intention. So they asked the doctors to discharge them from the hospital.

After the discharge they hired a fake taxi to reach home. (Fake taxi means, vehicles servicing without taxi permit and there are many fake taxis over here). Before entering the taxi they informed Pastor Paul, the Director of the Bibles for Mideast that they would reach home within 45 minutes. Also they informed there are two other fellow passengers sitting in the taxi (It is common that unknown passengers also will be travelling at the same taxi and they will get down at their own places after paying their charges).

Missionaries did not reach the home. They were kidnapped on the way. Driver and the fellow men were terrorists and they abducted them.

All three are family people.

Please pray for the abducted missionaries, their families, gospel teams and its members of the Bibles for Mideast, our director board, our house churches and the believers especially new believers from Islam. There are thousands of people believing Jesus Christ in the entire Middle East.

We don’t fear about death, (For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain (Phil 1:21) and persecutions (Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are ye, when man shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you (Mt 5:10-12)”, for we have a great hope in our risen Lord Jesus Christ. (For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first (1 Thess 4:16).

Yes! Jesus said, I am the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (John 11:25).

Three months ago one of the voluntary minister of the Bibles for Mideast abducted in Libya by terrorists. Till now there is no news about him. Please pray for him and his family too.

Also please pray for the attackers and the abductors that they confess from their sins and experience the Salvation by accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. “Jesus gave His life as a  ransom for many” (Mt 20:28). Christ Jesus is able to make any terrorist as His witness.

Christian and SP’s Wife Slaughtered in Bangladesh by Islamic Extremist

Sunil Gomez

Natore (Bangladesh) June 6, 2016: Sunil Gomaz, a 65 years old Christian killed by Islamic extremists in his shop at a village Bonpara of Natore District  in Northwest Bangladesh on 5th of June, Sunday.

Sunil was attacked by unknown persons when he had just returned back to his shop after Sunday worship service and left him in a pool of blood.

He ran a fruit and vegetable shop and was respected among villagers. He had served his church of Bonpara and his brother is a church minister in Dinajpur named Proshanto Gomaz.

"I am shocked, saddened. My brother had no enemies. We ask what motivated his murder," his brother asked.

Benedict, a Christian leader of Bonpara, said that "the faithful of the village live in brotherhood with the people of other religions. Why did they attack us? ".

He calls for exemplary punishment to the extremists, who in the past have escaped justice.  "Two months ago, an elderly Christian couple was attacked, but the police did not arrest anyone." Christian leader added.

The Catholic leader "Two months ago, an elderly Catholic couple - he said - was attacked in Bonpara, but the police did not arrest anyone."

The local Christian community lives in fear.

The Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Oikya Parishad organized a human chain on Sunday afternoon and imposed a seven-day ultimatum for the capture of the killers to draw government attention and ask for protection.

the son of Mahmuda Khanam mourns in Chittagong

Sunil’s murder happened just hours after the wife of Superintendent of Police Babul Aktar, who led drives against militants and drug cartels, was stabbed and shot dead by three bike-borne assailants in front of her minor son in Chittagong city of Southeast Bangladesh, about 275 kilometres from Dhaka.

Mahmuda Khanam, 33, was targeted while she was on her way to drop her six-year-old son to a nearby bus stop for school.

Islamic State militants have claimed responsibility for the murder of Sunil Gomez and Mahmuda Khanam.

Over 40 people have died in the past three years in a series of attacks targeting activists and non-Muslims. Attacks have increased recently, but Bangladeshi authorities hold homegrown Islamist terrorists responsible and reject any involvement from foreign terrorist groups.

Jesus met a 'Goonda' or hired thug in the Morgue

Report: Bibles for Mideast for gos2amen.
Mr. Kunjukunju and his family came from the lowest rung of Indian society, the Dalit or “untouchable” class. They were worshipping Hindu idols and witches
As a young man, he was powerfully built, his face marked by a prodigious horn-like moustache draped around his mouth. He worked as a ‘goonda’ or hired thug for several wealthy individuals. Truly his involvement with criminal activities almost cost his life.
As an enforcer for their questionable enterprises he made his share of enemies. One day several aggrieved victims of his strong-arm tactics decided to get even. A mob of 20 people surrounded him  and brutally attacked. His body, covered with wounds, fell to the pavement, completely unresponsive. They thought he was dead so they left him lying there and ran off.
Police found him  battered body in the street and checked his vital signs. When they found nothing, his lifeless body transported to the morgue. On the post mortem table, a medical examiner performed a routine inspection and was shocked when one of his toes moved.
Astounded by this – and now detecting a faint pulse — doctor immediately transferred Mr. Kunjukunju  to a local hospital.
After he regained consciousness, some evangelists of Gospel to Asia and Middle East Nations (gos2amen) visited him  in his room. They told him Jesus loves him and that only Jesus can conquer death, demonstrated by His bodily resurrection from the dead.
Given for dead – like Lazarus – he could see that God had imparted a second chance at life.
They clearly explained the message of the Gospel. He followed their words carefully, nodding his head. With his heart overcome, he repented of his sins and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and Lord.
The pastors put their hands on his head and prayed. While they were praying, Kunjukunju had a vision that Jesus smiled, held out his arms, and pulled him in closely for a hug. With childlike faith, he trusted that he could lean on Jesus for the rest of his life. Lord Jesus came into his heart and imparted a deep settled peace to his heart and mind.
After he left the hospital he was baptized, God anointed him with the Holy Spirit, and showered him with fruits of the Spirit.

As Mr. Kunjukunju grew in the Lord, he began to speak in churches, prayer meetings and corner meetings. He also began distributing Bibles with “Gospel to Asia and Middle East Nations (gos2amen), which is an associate ministries of Bibles for Mideast. Now he is known as Kunjukunju Upadesi. “Upadesi” means adviser or gospel preacher.
